Summary: My only complaint was the lack of a shuttle to get us to the airport. We walked with our bags (about 15 minute walk), a shuttle was advertised so we expected it to be available, and were disappointed it wasn't. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and location overlooking the water was nice. We were able to store our luggage which we appreciated. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready at 4 pm despite being told when we first arrived at 10 am that they would be ready. We were offered drink coupons while we waited but ultimately we really just wanted our own space and beds to rest on. We tried to book the free airport shuttle- one of the main reasons we chose this hotel- and were told it was in the shop. No alternate arrangement was offered. We would have appreciated a heads up about the shuttle being out of commission as the employee indicated it had already been in the shop for a while.

Summary: Negatives: We chose this property because it was close to the airport, and specifically because it offered a shuttle. I was told there was, "No shuttle this week". However another traveler told me, "they don't run a shuttle". There were several UBER and taxis that were parked out front. They charge an average of $22 for a mile to the terminal. We would have walked except for 2 cumbersome suitcases. Remember: few European hotels provide washcloths, bathmats, or top-sheets. Positives: They have several nice amenities if you pay for an upgraded room. They have a wonderful self-serve coffee machine in the lobby- ask the desk for a cup. There is a nice aquarium next door if you have time. The room was spacious. I like the custom of each person having their own duvet.

Summary: We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel. Hotel is located within walking distance of the airport or they have a shuttle. Check in was super easy. The buffet breakfast is exceptional!!! So many delicious options for food and drinks. Well worth including it during your stay. Gym is good, we didn't get to enjoy the spa as it's a separate entrance fee. Room was clean and comfortable. Metro station is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Summary: The hotel was a great place to stay. The beds were a good size, and the shower was amazing. Just be careful when turning the shower on, you may spray yourself in the face haha. Such a lovely place to stay. Close to the airport. If you love planes, go to the seatercy you can have some food and drink while watching the planes land and take off

Summary: Very friendly staff, good parking garage, great views from both the room and the 11th floor bar. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Varied breakfast. We had a great time!

Summary: We didn't experience the breakfast due to an early departure, but the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. It's very convenient to CPH airport as well.
